The Story of James Kirby

Back in 2005 one of my clients, an event organiser spotted me taking photos at a local trailquest. He's been using my services since, from year to year I've been exploring photography in all sorts ways, though long exposure, short exposure and somewhere in the learning how to use my camera fully manually to get the very best light in the photos you see.

At school I started on hand coding HTML, jumped into a nice job being the a front end developer and then have been working for myself for a few years now.

My life started on a mountain bike and in recent years I've progressed onto a more speedy road bike, which in my case gets taken off road quite a bit.

Recently I've been doing a lot more post processing for my night time photography, sometimes about 2.5 hours per photo.
